Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the session you choose, and anything else you enter on our forms.
Purchase information: when you buy a product such as the VIP Bundle, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store your full card number.
Event information: whether you attended a live session, and messages you post in the event chat.
Automatic information: basic data from your browser or device, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, we may send you text messages. Event texts include confirmations and reminders for events you registered for. Marketing texts, only if you opted in to them, include special offers and announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other uses described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and email platform, video meeting platform, payment processor, and automation tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized.

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.letsgoexpress.org, our registration pages, events, products, and communications, offered by The EDU Station LLC, doing business as The Train Lady ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for our events or buy our products.

2. Events

Free events are offered at no cost and may be changed, rescheduled, or canceled at our discretion. We will notify registrants by email or text if that happens.
Free live sessions are live only, unless we say otherwise. A replay is included only with purchases that state it, such as the VIP Bundle.
Your personal join link is for you only. Please do not share it.
We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or treats others disrespectfully.
Sessions may be recorded. By attending, you agree that your name, video, and chat messages may appear in the recording.

3. Educational content only
Our events, workbooks, and coaching share strategies and opinions for educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, licensing, or professional advice. Results vary, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

4. Purchases
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Digital products, such as workbooks and recordings, are delivered by email or a download link after purchase.

5. Refunds
All sales are final. Because digital products, such as workbooks and recordings, are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, email [email protected] and we will make it right.

7. Intellectual property
All event content, workbooks, recordings, slides, and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal and classroom use. You may not copy, resell, share, or redistribute them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $50 if you paid nothing.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
